【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofseveralacmagneticpropertiesoflaminatedcoresmadefromflat-rolledmagneticmaterials.Thistestmethodcoverstestequipmentandproceduresforthedeterminationofimpedancepermeabilityandexcitingpower,fromvoltageandcurrentmeasurements,andcorelossfromwattmetermeasurements.Thesetestsaremadeunderconditionsofsinusoidalflux.Thistestmethodcoverstestsfortwogeneralcategories(1and2)ofcoresbasedonsizeandapplication.Testsareprovidedforpowerandcontrolsizecores(Category1)operatingatinductionsof10to15kG[1.0to1.5T]andatfrequenciesof50,60,and400Hz.Proceduresandtestsareprovidedforcouplingandmatchingtypetransformercores(Category2)overtherangeofinductionsfrom100G[0.01T]orlowerto10kG[1.0T]andaboveat50to60Hzorabovewhencoveredbysuitableprocurementspecifications.Thistestmethodalsocoverstestsforcorelossandacimpedancepermeabilityunderincrementaltestconditions(acmagnetizationsuperimposedondcmagnetization)fortheabovecoretypesandatinductionsuptothosethatcausetheacexcitingcurrenttobecomeexcessivelydistortedortoreachvaluesthatexceedthelimitsoftheindividualtest-equipmentcomponents.ThistestmethodshallbeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeA34andTerminologyA340.Itdependsuponthesedesignateddocumentsandarelatedreferencetestmanualfordetailedinformationwhichwillnotberepeatedinthistestmethod.Thepreferredunitsinthisstandardare(cgs-emuandinch-pound)units.ValuesinSIunitsareindicatedinbracketsorconversionfactorsareprovided.DerivationsofseparateequationsforSIunitsareprovidedasnecessary.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
