【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesthehealthandsafetyrequirementsforthedesignofmeteringandmixingunitsforreactionmouldingmachines.Thesignificantandspecifichazardsarelistedinclause4andaredealtwithinthisstandard.Thisstandarddoesnotcovercompletelythehazardsarisingfromtheuseofhighlyflammableadditives,forexamplepentaneusedasablowingagent(see4.7),becausethesehazardsdependtoalargeextentontheadditivesandprocessesused.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthehazardsarisingfromtheassemblyofseparateunitsnotsuppliedatthesametimebythesamemanufacturer.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverthehazardsarisingfromthemovementofpoweredmixingheads;forthese,seeprEN1612-2.Thisstandardappliestometeringandmixingunitsmanufacturedafterthedateofpublicationofthisstandard.
