【摘要】:ThispartofISO11228givestherecommendedlimitsforwhole-bodypushingandpulling.Itprovidesguidanceontheassessmentofriskfactorsconsideredimportanttomanualpushingandpulling,allowingthehealthrisksfortheworkingpopulationtobeevaluated.Therecommendationsapplytothehealthyadultworkingpopulationandprovidereasonableprotectiontothemajorityofthispopulation.Theseguidelinesarebasedonexperimentalstudiesofpush/pulltasksandassociatedlevelsofmusculoskeletalloading,discomfort/pain,andendurance/fatigue.Pushingandpulling,asdefinedinthispartofISO11228,isrestrictedtothefollowing:?whole-bodyforceexertions(i.e.whilestanding/walking);?actionsperformedbyoneperson(handlingbytwoormorepeopleisnotpartoftheassessment,butsomeadviceisgiveninAnnexC);?forcesappliedbytwohands;?forcesusedtomoveorrestrainanobject;?forcesappliedinasmoothandcontrolledway;?forcesappliedwithouttheuseofexternalsupport(s);?forcesappliedonobjectslocatedinfrontoftheoperator;?forcesappliedinanuprightposition(notsitting).ThispartofISO11228isintendedtoprovideinformationfordesigners,employers,employeesandothersinvolvedinthedesignorredesignofwork,tasks,productsandworkorganization.
