【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesthematerials,mechanicalpropertiesandmarkingrequirementsforboltsandscrewsincorporatingeitherunderheadlockingoranti-rotationfeatureswhentestedatanambienttemperaturebetween15℃and30℃.Itappliestoboltsandscrews:a)withISOmetricM2toM20threadsconformingtoBS3643:Part2:1981;b)withmechanicalproperties80,90or100asappropriate;c)forusewithinthetemperaturerange-50℃to+250℃.Asthedecarburizationofanyunderheadlockingoranti-rotationfeaturewillseriouslyimpairitsintendedfunction,partialorcompletedecarburizationasgiveninBSEN20898-1:1992doesnotapplytothisstandard.Thereisinsteadarequirementforcarbonrestorationtoensurethatnodecarburizationofthelockingoranti-rotationfeaturetakesplaceduringtheheattreatmentprocess.NOTE.Performanceattemperaturesoutsidetheoperatingrangeisnotwithintherequirementsofthisstandard.note:1)Withtheexceptionofsurfacehardnessandstrengthunderwedgeloadingthemechanicalproperties80,90and100areinlinewiththerespectivemechanicalpropertiesofpropertyclasses8.8,9.8and10.9ofBSEN20898-1:1992
